It is with great pleasure that we write this letter. The work that you and your crew performed in constructing an addition as well as renovating part of our original house was outstanding. Included in the job, as you know was the installation of a designer kitchen, a half bath at the kitchen level, remodeling of the dinning room, first floor half bath and laundry, the vestibule, as well as cutting the existing foundation to allow for an expansive lower level family room.

What we were most impressed with was your commitment to ensure that the work being performed was of the highest quality. From our initial contact when you arrived to review the plans for the addition and upon your return with an estimate which we found to be fair and equitable to the job's completion, excellence in the final result was always your first consideration.

You and your crew including your subcontractorsare a highly skilled group of knowledgeable, conscientious, tidy and courteous group of professionals. Your crew worked hard under some adverse conditions. As the project began in the middle of winter and wrapped up in the heat of summer everyone was always respectful and energetic. Your input in suggesting changes was deeply apperciated and worked out to the betterment of the job. You were always availableto quickly and thoroughly address any issue that arouse. Both you and your crew were creative in finding solutions to the problems that we encountered along the way.

Many of our relatives and friends have complemented the out standing work that you and your workers have done. Our house has certainly been transformed into a roomy, beautiful living area. We could not have asked for anything more! It would be an understatement to say that we are extremely pleased with the results of your work. Dear Steve:

Or course I would be happy to tell other clients about my experience with you! I trust they would this because they are looking for good value in remodeling their home. It’s a scary experience surrounding by lots of negative tales. Working with you is not one of them. In fact, when we began working with Steve five years ago, it never occurred to me that my remodeling contractor would actually turn into a friend.

Here’s why:

· You and your crews have always treated my home as your own: that’s the kind of care their project will be given, too;

· As workers, you and your crews have always acted as guests in my home: whether that’s leaving the site very clean at the end of each day, or asking permission to be in parts not being remodeled;

· You and your crews are very flexible in their thinking. If their project is like the many we have done with Steve, unanticipated issues will arise. We always worked together to a variety of solutions – I always had choices and my voice was always heard. When I was wrong, the consultation was very friendly and polite; when I had a previously unconsidered idea, it often worked out;

· You and your crews are one time and reliable: no stories about waiting days or weeks for workers to show up; no inconsistent schedules or surprises here!

· No running over budget: the estimates were accurate, not pipe dreams created to land the job and bring bad news later.

This was no small matter, either! First, we remodeled and updated my kitchen, then we rebuilt the flooded basement. We created a new master bedroom suite upstairs, and remodeled two other bathrooms in the house. We expanded the front porch, and installed low-maintenance, high quality siding on the entire exterior. We also replaced the front door, and all of the windows.
